A plan is developed based on your desired short and long term goals whether personal or professional. In an organizational setting, the employer will also provide a role in goal identification. However, it is important to remember that ALL coaching meetings are confidential regardless of who is paying the bill! </p> <p>Once the goal or goals have been established and they have been agreed to, the plan is developed. Your strengths, your potential barriers or your challenges are identified and discussed. You will be given honest and sincere feedback to help you throughout the course of the engagement. Various tools will be used. You will become an expert at identifying what the next steps are toward achieving your goal(s). </p> <p>At no point are you told what to do& that is NOT coaching. Coaching does not demand or pontificate you toward action, you would never feel ownership of your achievement in that environment. Leveraging your strengths, providing support and encouragement, listening, growing your skills, enhancing your ability to self-reflect, think strategically, identify opportunities, hold you accountable, motivate you to move forward and celebrate your successes& that is the Coach s role.</p> <p>Ideally the initial coaching meeting will take place face to face to establish a solid bond and can then be complemented throughout the engagement via additional face to face meetings or telephone meetings and email support. Due to time constraints and a complete understanding of being efficient in today s world, the coaching engagement will be designed to meet the client s needs. As the client, you MUST be prepared to commit to this process. This is an investment in YOU and will REQUIRE time, energy and focus. </p> <p>A sponsoring employer can expect that 4-6 hours per month will be devoted to this process on average by the employee. Work shadowing, meetings with colleagues, leadership and staff are also available as part of an individual or team coaching engagement and would require additional time commitment. </p> <p>Depending on identified goals, coaching packages range from 3 months, 6 months, 12 months or longer. With an average of 2-3, 50 minute meetings taking place on a monthly basis either face to face or via telephone. Unlimited email support is included with all coaching engagements Monday-Friday. Response time within 24 hours. This allows for ongoing support, perspective and feedback throughout the week. Phone support Monday-Friday for time sensitive issues is also included. </p> <p>Results depend on your commitment, viewpoint and goals. To create long-term changes in behavior and outcomes, it s extremely important for the client and/or client/employer to be fully vested in the process. </p> <p>One time laser telephone coaching meetings are available for those that truly just need a  sounding board to garner an outside opinion on a pressing topic.
